About me

A steady companion for the in-between seasons

I'm a practising psychologist, sexologist and psychotherapist working in the symboldrama method. For over 15 years I've worked with adults facing emotional exhaustion, anxiety, loss of meaning or an inner sense of being unsettled. My approach is warm, supportive and deep — I believe everyone holds a source of strength that can be awakened through gentle awareness and acceptance.

What matters to me is seeing not a separate ‘problem’ but the whole person — their emotions, body, experience, relationships, needs and desires. That's why psychology and sexology naturally complement each other in my work: difficulties with closeness are often linked not only to sex, but to anxiety, old hurts, fear of rejection, past relationships, not accepting oneself, or lost contact with one's own body.

Married for over 25 years and a mother of two — this life experience deepens my understanding of relationships and crises.

How I can help

Spaces we can work in together

01

Anxiety & stress

Quieten the constant noise, learn what your worry is trying to tell you, and build tools that actually work under pressure.

02

Burnout & recovery

Rebuild your relationship with rest and work after running on empty for too long, at a pace that respects where you are now.

03

Relationships

Understand the patterns you keep repeating, set boundaries without guilt, and move toward connections that feel safe.

04

Life transitions

Relocation, loss, a new role, a new country — find your footing when the ground keeps shifting beneath you.

05

Self-worth

Loosen the grip of the harsh inner critic and grow a steadier, kinder sense of who you are.

06

Sexuality & intimacy

Low or lost desire, difficulty with arousal or orgasm, shame or tension, mismatched needs in a couple — reconnect with your body and build closeness where trust and pleasure have room.

Sexology consultation

Intimate things can be spoken

Sexuality isn't only about sex. It's our relationship with the body, the ability to feel pleasure, to allow ourselves to want, to speak about our needs, to trust a partner and to stay ourselves in closeness.

Sometimes a sexual difficulty is only the visible part of what is happening inside a person or within a relationship.

You can reach out to me if:

  • desire has dropped or disappeared
  • sex no longer brings pleasure
  • orgasm is hard to reach, or has never happened
  • arousal has become difficult
  • it's hard to relax during sex
  • shame, fear or tension come up
  • it's hard to accept your body or your sexuality
  • partners' sexual needs differ
  • sexual attraction to your partner has faded
  • desire or your relationship to sex changed after childbirth
  • closeness disappeared after conflict, betrayal or emotional distance
  • it's hard to talk with a partner about sex, desire, fantasies and boundaries
  • you want to understand your own sexuality and what brings you pleasure

I work with sexual concerns both individually and with couples.

We won't be looking for the answer to what a ‘normal’ sex life should be. Together we'll explore what is happening specifically with you — with your body, emotions, desire, experience and relationships.

Because sexuality isn't about doing it ‘right’. It's about what feels good for you.

The approach

Like a dandelion seed — carried, not lost

The name says it plainly: therapy is a journey toward happiness, not a single leap. Here's how we travel it.

01 · We meet

A first conversation with no pressure. You tell your story; I listen for the threads worth pulling.

02 · We map

Together we name what's happening and set a direction — small, honest goals rather than grand promises.

03 · You travel

Session by session you gather tools and confidence, until the lighter place stops being a destination and becomes home.

For me, the goal of therapy isn't to make you ‘correct’ — it's to help you live your own life with more freedom, awareness and a steadier support within yourself.

Questions before we begin

A session lasts 50 minutes. Most people start weekly; as things steady we often move to every two weeks. You're never locked into a schedule.
Yes. Most of my clients meet me over video, wherever they are in the world. In-person sessions are available too.
Yes. Many sexual concerns can and should be explored individually first. If it becomes helpful, your partner can join the work later.
No. You decide what and how much you're ready to share. There's no need to say more than feels comfortable for you.
That's completely normal and a perfectly good place to start. The first session exists exactly for that — to look together, without any pressure to have it figured out.
What you share stays between us, within the limits set by professional ethics. We'll go over exactly what that means in our first meeting.
